9 LAYER GLUTEN FREE FRUIT SNACKS FOR YOUR HEALTH.........

Ingredients

    1 Cup Hami Melon Cubes

    1 Cup Cantaloupe Cubes

    1 Cup Sliced Strawberries

    1 Cup Sliced Peaches

    1 Cup Saskatoon Berries

    1 Cup Honeydew Cubes

    Half Cup Whipping Cream

    5 Ounce Softened Cream Cheese

    1/9 Cup Sugar

    Sliced Limes

    1 Tablespoon Lemon Juice

    Half Teaspoon Grated Lemon Rind

    1/3 Cup Chopped Pecans

 

Directions

    In a large cup, layer fruits in order given

    In a separate bowl beat cream cheese, lemon juice, and rind. In another bowl, whip cream just to peaks form, add sugar and whip to stiff peaks

    Fold cream cheese mixture and whip cream mixture together

    Spread over fruit and sprinkle with pecans

    Limes on top

Serve immediately
